I’m Jennifer Amankwa, founder of Pamango Consulting. My career has taken me across the UK, Canada, and Ghana, working in HR, Talent Development and Training.

With 15 years of global HR experience, I’ve worked in a variety of industries including Banking, Non for Profit, Government, Technology, and Renewable Energy.

I consult with organisations to build strong teams and support individuals as they move confidently into their next opportunity.

My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in real‑world experience. I partner with organisations and individuals to unlock potential, build confidence, and create meaningful impact.

Pamango Consulting specialises in recruitment for organisations operating in Ghana, companies expanding into the region and businesses with a strong connection to the country.

While Ghana is a core part of our work, we have a wide international network, especially in Africa.
